If There’s an Issue With Your Order

Start by checking your order confirmation email. Make sure all shipping information and design details were entered correctly at checkout, as all products are created based on what was submitted.

2. Identify the issue
Determine whether the issue is related to damage during shipping, a printing error, or something else. This helps us understand the situation and respond more efficiently.

3. Take clear photos (if applicable)
If your item arrived damaged or there’s a quality concern, please take a few clear photos showing the issue. Including the packaging can also be helpful for us to assess what happened.

4. Contact our team
Email us at myorder@travelcanvasco.com with your order number, a short explanation of the issue, and any photos if applicable. The more detail you provide, the faster we can assist you.

5. We’ll review and respond
Once we receive your message, our team will review everything and get back to you as soon as possible with next steps. We’ll always do our best to make things right.

Before Placing Your Order

Please review your design carefully before checkout. This includes checking for spelling, image placement, and overall layout. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes to the design or cancel the order, as production begins quickly.

Shipping & Delivery Notes

All items are made to order and fulfilled in Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. While we aim for fast and reliable delivery, timing may vary depending on where your order is being shipped.
