You can upload as many photos as you’d like, there’s no set limit! If you’re adding a large batch, the upload may take a bit longer depending on your internet speed. If it starts to slow down, try uploading your photos in smaller groups for a smoother experience, giving you flexibility to keep it minimal or fill every page with memories.
Yes! You can add text, captions, dates, and personal notes throughout your design. Customize fonts, sizes, and placement to match your style, whether you want a clean, minimal look or pages filled with stories behind each photo.
We print using professional-grade equipment calibrated for accurate color reproduction. While colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings and lighting, we aim to keep your photos looking as true to life as possible in the final print.

Design & Customization
Simply choose one of our pre-designed templates or start from scratch, select your specs, and then click “START MY PROJECT”. From there, you can upload your photos and either use our instant layout feature or arrange everything manually. Once you’re happy with your design, review your preview and specs, and head to checkout!
Yes, you can upload photos from your phone, tablet, or computer. If you’re working across multiple devices, just make sure you’re logged into the same account so your project stays saved and synced.
For photobooks, you can upload images either before entering the editor or while you’re designing. Select your template and click “START MY PROJECT” to add photos before you begin, or upload them directly inside the editor as you build your pages. On desktop or tablet, open the “Images” section to upload files from your device. If you’re on mobile, navigate to the bottom left of the editor, tap “Photos,” then click “Add Photos” to upload images from your phone or saved projects.

Yes! For our hardcover and softcover books, you can add up to 300 pages. For our layflat books, you can add up to 80 pages.
Yes, your project saves automatically as you design with an account, so you won’t lose your progress. Just make sure you have a stable internet connection and sign into your account. You can leave and come back anytime to pick up right where you left off. Your project will be saved for 45 days by default and 400 days for any project that ordered!
Yes, absolutely! You can change your template at any point while working in the editor.
On desktop, open the left-hand side panel in the editor and select the Templates option to browse and switch between designs.
On mobile, tap the arrow in the bottom right corner of the editor to reveal the menu, then choose Templates to select a new design.
Once you’re in the editor, all available templates for that product are accessible, no matter which collection you started from, so you’re free to explore and switch styles at any time.

Yes! The editor is fully accessible on mobile, tablet, and desktop. You can upload photos, adjust layouts, add text, and customize your design right from your phone. For larger projects, some travelers prefer desktop for more screen space, but you can create and edit your book from any device.
Photos & Print Results
We do not automatically edit or enhance your photos before printing. Your images will be printed as they appear in your final design. The only adjustments made are technical, such as preparing the file for print and converting color formats to ensure it reproduces properly on paper.
Keep in mind that colors may look slightly different in print compared to your screen. This is normal and can happen due to differences in screen brightness, device settings, and the natural variation between digital displays and printed materials. We recommend reviewing your images carefully before ordering to ensure they look exactly how you want!
We aim for accurate, true-to-life color reproduction, but slight variations can occur between what you see on your screen and the final print. Screens display colors using light, while printed materials use ink on paper, which can naturally result in subtle differences. Brightness settings, screen calibration, and device type can also affect how colors appear. For best results, we recommend reviewing your photos at normal brightness before placing your order!
High-resolution images are recommended for best results. We recommend the images to be in 300 dpi! You will get a warning notification within the editor if your photo's resolution is too low.
Yes! You’ll see a full preview of your poster/canvas before it is sent, or flip through your photobook preview before checkout to ensure it it exactly to your liking!

Orders typically arrive within 5–14 business days after being shipped out, depending on the location.

Orders & Changes
Changes are only possible before production begins. Because most of our products are made to order, production can begin quickly after purchase. If you need to make a change, please reach out to us immediately and we’ll do our best to update your order if production hasn't started.
Once your order is placed, your project files are sent to our facility shortly after, which makes cancellations very difficult after checkout.
