Return & Refund Policy

At Travel Canvas Co, your journey with us matters. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re committed to delivering thoughtfully crafted, high-quality products that help you relive and celebrate your travels. Below, you’ll find our return and refund policy for full transparency, so you know exactly what to expect if any bumps arise along the way.

Defective or Damaged Products

We take great pride in the quality of every piece we create. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 30 days at myorder@travelcanvasco.com.

This applies to issues not related to the design or content you provided during checkout, including:

  • Damage sustained during transit

  • Incorrect product or quantity received

  • Print or production quality concerns

In these cases, we take full responsibility and will gladly send a replacement so your order can reach its final destination as intended.

If you’re not completely happy with your final product, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Creating pieces you love is part of our mission, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Personalized Products

Each product is custom-made for your unique journey. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds or reprints for mistakes made during the customer editing or customization process.

If you choose to place a new order, the cost of the replacement item will be your responsibility. We kindly ask all travelers to carefully review their designs before placing an order to ensure everything is just right.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your package goes off course and is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll begin an investigation with the courier, and if the order is confirmed lost, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.

Returned to Sender

Occasionally, orders may be returned to us. Common reasons include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Delivery refusal by the recipient

  • Unclaimed packages at pickup locations

If a courier determines the address is insufficient, the package will be returned and safely disposed of. In this case, a new order must be placed with the correct address, and the cost of the new order will be the customer’s responsibility.

If a delivery is refused, the item will be returned and safely disposed of. A new order may be placed, with the customer responsible for the full cost.

If a package remains unclaimed at a pickup location and is returned, a new order can be placed, with the customer responsible for the new shipping costs.

Refunds

All Travel Canvas Co products are personalized and made to order based on each customer’s selections. Once production begins, items cannot be restocked or resold. For this reason, refunds are only issued if the customer does not receive their order.

Cancellation or change requests are handled at our discretion, as production often begins shortly after checkout.

If an order has been delivered and an issue is reported; such as a printing defect, production error, or damage during shipment, Travel Canvas Co will verify the issue and provide a replacement at no additional cost.

This policy also reflects our commitment to responsible production. Returned personalized items would need to be discarded, which isn’t aligned with our sustainability values.

Refunds, when applicable, are issued only to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds cannot be transferred to another payment account or issued in cash. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is directly attributable to Travel Canvas Co.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the product is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
